Yesterday the Junior Relay teams from Grades 3-5 participated in the Junior Relay meet at Dr. Frank Hayden Secondary School.  There were 28 schools in Halton participating. We are very proud of the hard work and dedication all athletes had in competing yesterday.  We had some amazing races in their heat but came up a bit short to advance to the final races.  Congrats on your hard work in Junior Relay.  A special thanks to the amazing Grade 8 helpers who stepped in to help coach the relay runners and helped them get to the Marshalling area with no delays.  Thank you Angelique, Alexandra, Natalie, Cooper, Felicity, Avery, Quinn and Nolan for your dedication this year with Relay!

Reminder to all Students and Staff of our 2nd Annual HG Track and Field meet this Friday for all grades 3 to 8 students.  The weather so far is forecasting good weather so, we should be good to go for Friday.  More information to follow so please listen to your home room teachers and announcements.

The Dance Club is cancelled for today - we will practice next week.
The Junior Speech Competition will be held in the library during period 3 and 4 today.

The Junior Girls Basketball team played their final tournament last night at Morden. After several tough games, the girls finished off strong, winning their final game against Maple Grove. Congratulations on a great season girls!
